Basic Skin Care: CTMP Routine – Skin Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing & Protection from the sun.

Prevention is better than cure. Isn’t? Especially, by following a definitive and disciplined routine to maintain your skin younger and healthier forever. It is always better to be on the safer side than to be sorry later on. So friends this is what the ‘CTMP” process is all about !!

Cleansing your skin first, toning it, moisturizing it and at the end protecting it, are considered as the 4 basic yet magical things that you must do to ensure a healthy glowing skin. The main job of CTMP, is to remove dust, dirt and remaining makeup from clogged pores and to give soothing, nourishment, moisturization and protection to the skin.

CLEANSING to clean dirt and dust.

TONING  to close our open pores.

MOISTURISING to makes a barrier between makeup and also for skin hydration.

PROTECTION/SPF to protect our skin from sun damage.

How to choose products for a CTMP routine?

There are end numbers of products available in the market, make sure you choose them specifically according to your skin type :

For oily skin:  Use only Gel and Water based products.

We should prefer gel type because it gives matte texture on skin.

For combination to normal skin:  It should be in a liquid form, would work best.

For dry and sensitive skin:  Use Oil or Cream based, to keep the skin hydrated.
